London: Carnaby

In London, I did many walks by myself while the family was going shopping.  One of the places I accidentally ran into was Carnaby (SOHO) and the whole area between Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus.  This area was pretty cool because it was all small roads and alley ways, so there were no cars.  The area consisted of many brand name shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.  It's just a nice place to walk around in, but gets pricey when you go shopping.  

I love this alley.

Fast or Die??

The Lomography store was one of my favorites, they have so many cool things in there.  The wall decor is awesome.

This Levi's Vintage Clothing in Carnaby was another cool store.  Being a big Levi's fan, I had to check out what items they had.  All their clothes are really vintage from the 50's-80's and cost a lot. 

And of course G-Star Raw, my all time-but can't afford-clothing brand.  I try to visit every G-Star clothing store in every place I travel to.   I love the new summer collection.

Carnaby, what a nice place.

Blake in Nob Hill

Wow, apparently one of my favorite Portland clothing stores has changed location and they've done a great job with their new place in uptown. Blake is truly one of the coolest places to go to in Portland if you like shopping. What's really cool about Blake is that they sell their decor also. So if you like it, you can buy it.  Blake is also one of the few stores in Portland that carry my all time favorite brand, G-Star Raw.  Yes, they also carry women's G-Star clothing which is the first that I've seen in Portland. 

I love this bicycle. Great piece for decor.

G-Star Raw Jacket

First of all, G-Star is my favorite brand.  Second, I can't believe I found one at Goodwill, at the Cedar Hill location.  Unfortunately it wasn't my size though.  As I showed this jacket to Nana, I thought it would be a cool jacket for her.  It turns out it looked good on her.  We got it for $15.  This kind of jacket would cost well over $250 at retail stores. 

LA spots

G-Star Raw!!!  This is the Melrose Ave. location in West Hollywood.  Since G-Star Raw is my favorite brand.  I try to make an effort to visit their store in every city.  Love it!!!!  The store next door, Fitzsu was a cool unique home decor/office store.  I wished they have more stores like that in Portland.

I saw these group of pendants in Zara in the Grove location. 

This was at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood Blvd. 

I like the concrete wall with the steel grating on the bottom.  At Hollywood Blvd.

We were at a used clothes store in Melrose Ave when I saw this big puppy.
