I like the composition of this hazardous voltage sign with the vents on the bottom. The lightning symbol reminded me of a clothing brand I use to like; Nice Collective. The location was in Naito Pkwy.
Train tracks are very typical of Portland. This is due to the extensive public transportation that has been incorporated in the city layout.
This place is right on the waterfront park. Surprisingly I've only been to this place about 6 times in 21 years.
There was a cool looking racing bike in front of the Jefferson Station building. Makes me want to buy a bike everytime I go to downtown. I guess that's the trend nowadays.

Urban Central District Skies
This past week, the weather has been really nice with a combination of clear and light overcast skies. Knowing this is Portland and the rainy phase is about to kick in, I decided to take advantage of the nice days and capture the last few moments of summer before fall decides to dump a ton of rain. Enjoy.
I thought the cables looked cool as silhouettes against the overcast. Picture below: I love how the clouds formed this cool array of smoke above the building below.

Uptown Days
This series was our weekend in uptown. All the pictures was at Urban Outfitters, one of my many favorite stores in Portland. I'm always impressed with their display setup and how they decorate their store. We always try to buy wall art from there as much as possible.

The raw industrial warehouse atmosphere Urban Outfitters provide always inspire me to do whatever comes to mind.
LA spots
G-Star Raw!!! This is the Melrose Ave. location in West Hollywood. Since G-Star Raw is my favorite brand. I try to make an effort to visit their store in every city. Love it!!!! The store next door, Fitzsu was a cool unique home decor/office store. I wished they have more stores like that in Portland.
I saw these group of pendants in Zara in the Grove location.
This was at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood Blvd.
I like the concrete wall with the steel grating on the bottom. At Hollywood Blvd.
We were at a used clothes store in Melrose Ave when I saw this big puppy.

Campus Hill
I rarely walk on the bridges in downtown Portland, so I decided to do so. This shot to the left was from the Hawthorne bridge and I thought it was cool how OHSU in the hill overlooked Naito Pkwy. Very cool. Makes me want to walk on bridges more often.
Ramen in LA
A while ago, we were in LA, and we ate at Daikokuya which is this amazing Japanese restaurant. Apparently it's a really popular place in Little Tokyo and waited about over an hour to get in. They're famous for their ramen noodle which is the last picture. The noodle and the soup is amazing, the broth is smooth and buttery and taste really great. A must for anyone going to LA.
