I've seen this U poster all over Portland and always wondered what it is. At first I though it was a cool poster some guy just put up for kicks. But then I another one by a bar. So I thought maybe the bar is a part of a union or group. But when you look at the lower right corner of the poster, there is a City of Portland symbol on it. Then I realized that it's just a poster that the city puts on all abandoned buildings.
A cool display.
